1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using HE8ST.CLUB ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.
2. OG Lifetime Access
The first 50 members ("OG Members") who successfully complete the application process receive lifetime access to all current and future tools released by HE8ST.CLUB at no cost.
After 50 OG spots are filled, access to the platform and tools will require a one-time payment of $997 or a monthly subscription as determined by HE8ST.CLUB.
3. Educational Purpose
All tools, resources, and information provided through HE8ST.CLUB are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on the information provided.
4. No Guarantees
While we provide tools and strategies that have worked for others, we make no guarantees or warranties regarding your results, earnings, or success. Individual results will vary based on effort, market conditions, and numerous other factors beyond our control.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Redistribute, resell, or share our proprietary tools and resources
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy any of our tools or software
- Engage in any activity that could harm or interfere with the Service
6. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, software, and materials provided through HE8ST.CLUB are the intellectual property of HE8ST.CLUB and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use only.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service. OG Members who violate these terms may lose their lifetime access privileges.
8. Limitation of Liability
HE8ST.CLUB, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities.
9. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by HE8ST.CLUB. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
11. Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. Some tools and strategies may not be legal in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy to provide and improve the Service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.
